Kenard Lang Foundation
Mission:
The Kenard Lang Foundation
is a not-for-profit, 501 c 3 organization established in
2002 that desires to work together with other foundations
and corporations to make a true effort toward making a
better tomorrow. KLF has modified its focus as to be able to
do a few things well rather than many things partially. The
new direction of KLF is directed specifically on cancer,
youth and education. The mission of the Kenard Lang
Foundation is to inspire people to love life though living
with cancer, while making provisions for the future by
encouraging our youth through education.Programs include the “Tackle Your
Talent” Scholarship, started in 2002. The purpose of the scholarship is to provide financial assistance to
individuals seeking to go to college who have a minimum GPA of 2.5. We recognize
the financial need some students have as they embark upon that road to further
their educational goals.
