Mariners Care (Seattle Mariners)
Mission:
The entire Seattle Mariners organization takes the role of community leadership very seriously. The ballclub is in a unique position to connect the team with worthwhile endeavors, community partners and fundraising activities that make significant contributions to the Pacific Northwest. It is the goal and responsibility of the organization to be a community leader. During the 2005 Mariners season, Mariners Care, the team's non-profit foundation, helped raise over $1 million for various charities and community projects.
