Bobcats Charitable Foundation (Charlotte Bobcats)

Mission:

The Bobcats Charitable Foundation is the philanthropic initiative of the Charlotte Bobcats and the Charlotte Sting. A supplement to the teams' on-going community relations endeavors, the foundation enables the Bobcats to work in partnership with area organizations to support programs that offer enrichment to the children and youth of the Charlotte region.

Grantmaking Objectives:

Through strategic charitable giving in the Charlotte Region, the Bobcats will fulfill our responsibility and desire to reinvest in the community and enrich the quality of life for children and youth.

The Bobcats are committed to…

  1. Supporting organizations whose work enriches the quality of life for children and youth in the areas of literacy and education, health and fitness, and arts and culture.
  2. Supporting organizations that build bridges between communities of people.
