Mission:

Kevin Youkilis Hits for Kids is a private, nonprofit organization with the following goals:

To make a positive difference in a child's life by channeling the time, energy, passion, and financial support of the greater community
To identify and provide philanthropic assistance to charitable groups that have a clear need for outside support, and that devote their resources to the well being of children
To fund programs which will provide medical assistance, medical research, education, community service and advocacy for children's needs
To link partners, donors, children and the game of baseball together into a spirited organization built on passion and teamwork
To communicate back the results of all contributions so as to involve donors and volunteers in the joy of making a difference

Grantmaking Objectives:

Our vision is to create a community of support and awareness for charitable organizations that advocate for the health and wellbeing of children. Youks Kids aims to operate by giving 90 cents of every dollar raised to our partnering charities. We chose our partnering charities through a highly-selective process orchestrated by a committee made up of Board Members. A final vote is made by all of our officers, with the ultimate goal of touching a diverse background of children in-need. Through our selection process, we've been able to impact the lives of emotionally abused and neglected children, homeless children, those in need of early-literacy and education programs, pediatric cancer patients, children diagnosed with diabetes, special-needs children, and children living below the poverty-line. As Youks Kids continues to grow, we will be able to reach even more children who are in need of our support.
